Brewing on Premise

Simply choose a red or white wine depending on preference. Then decide on the quality desired by selecting a 4 or 6 week kit. The prices vary depending on the kit chosen, the quicker wines being the least expensive. Each kit makes a batch of 23 litres (which equals approximately 30- 750 ml bottles).

There is a $40.00 service charge added to each kit Wine By You brews for you. This covers the cost of labor, storage and use of equipment. The fee includes all of the additives, corks, shrink caps and labels.

It is required for you to pitch (add) your yeast. This is done when purchasing your wine kit and will only take a few moments to do. You must also come to our store and bottle your finished wine. An appointment is necessary and it will take approximately 1 hour to bottle a batch of wine. You can provide your own clean bottles or buy new 750 ml bottles. We will show you the process of sterilizing, filling, and corking your wine. You can also dress your bottles up with shrink caps and labels at this time.
